Mindful Movement

Connecting the breath, mind and body through movement is powerful.  I am a certified level 1 IIQTC Qigong teacher and a 200 hour Alignment Yoga certified teacher.  My teaching is inspired by experiences and trainings in alignment yoga, Qi Gong, natural movement  and various somatic practices.  Please check out my meditative movement offerings below.
