Crispy Chicken Skin Chips

Keto or Carnivore and craving something crispy? 

Baked chicken skins to the rescue!

Ingredients

  • Chicken skins (After roasting or boiling a whole chicken, save the skin in the fridge until ready to use)

  • Salt

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.   

Step 2

Lay chicken skins out flat on a baking sheet.  Place in oven for 10 minutes or until starting to brown.

Step 3
 

Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.  Salt to taste and serve.
